About Delaware Regulations

The Registrar's office is a section of the Division of Legislative Services of the General Assembly. The office is responsible for, among other things, the monthly Register of Regulations, the Administrative Code of Regulations and the Delaware On-line Statutory Code. The office is also the official repository of all regulations for the State of Delaware.

The Division of Legislative Services was created by the Delaware General Assembly to act as a reference bureau for information relating or pertaining to legislative matters and subjects of interest to the Senate and House of Representatives.

The Division provides a wide range of services, including (but not limited to) legislative research, bill drafting, committee staffing, and the development, production and distribution of public information concerning the General Assembly. The Division also offers other reports and publications such as the Delaware Landlord/Tenant Code and the State of Delaware Constitution.
