501 Harness Racing Rules and Regulations

* Please Note: The submitted final regulation for the December 2014 issue of the Delaware Register of Regulations erroneously contained amendments to Sections 7.6.13.14.1.3 and 7.6.13.14.1.4 that were not previously published as proposed. The final regulation was published in the December 2014 issue of the Delaware Register of Regulations (18 DE Reg. 466).

The amendments to Sections 7.6.13.14.1.3 and 7.6.13.14.1.4 appearing in the December 2014 issue of the Register are not finalized. The proposed amendments to those provisions appear in this Register issue (18 DE Reg. 491). The effective date as to the amendments to the other provisions appearing in the December 2014 Register remains the same.
