1122 Restriction on Quality of Fuel in Fuel Burning Equipment

1.0 Prohibition of Waste Oil
1.1 No person shall burn waste oil in fuel burning equipment or in an incinerator without first obtaining a permit from the Department.
1.2 No person shall use any equipment for the combustion of waste oil unless it will cause the complete combustion of the oil and will control the emission of air contaminants to the extent necessary to prevent adverse affects to the environment.
