RULE NUMBER 43

No employee, officer, director, or stockholder, owner or partner of a wholesaler or importer may at any time serve as an officer or director, and/or be employed in any capacity, with or without compensation by the holder of a license of any other type.

Nothing herein shall limit the right of as officer, director, stockholder, owner or partner of a wholesaler or importer to serve as an officer or director of a club which is not operated for profit. Effective: January 1, 1969
